Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
